A woman breast feeds her baby.

Women feel much more comfortable getting healthcare at MSS. At Anandwan, Dr. Bharati Amte, being a woman herself, understands the particular needs of rural women. She can talk to them about gynacological issues that they would not be comfortable discussing with male doctors.
