Baba Amte gives aid to a woman.

One evening while Baba was walking home he encountered a man lying in the road who was stricken with the last stages of leprosy. Baba ran home horrified at such a sight and left the man dying in the road. A feeling of self loathing grew within him; why had he not stopped and help the sickly man. In one moment he made a decision that would not only change his life, but the lives of many people to come. Baba decided to go back and help the man whom later would die in his arms. That man's name was Tulshiram.
