The People of MSS:
Two men take a break from their craft work.
When an organization becomes as large as MSS, it is impossible for the
administrators to manage every little detail. People throughout the
organization take on management responsibilities. In some cultures, senior
citizens are considered a burden, but at MSS, senior members of the
community form The Wisdom Bank - they advise, mentor, and teach younger
generations. Though they may not have any formal education, they bring a
wealth of experience which MSS considers as one of its most precious assets.
